1. Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Minimum qualifications:- (a) Second Class Honours (Upper Division) and above OR
(b) Second Class Honours (Lower Division) with at least two years experience

2. Master of Human Resource Management (MHRM)
Minimum qualifications:- (a) Second Class Honours (Upper Division) and above OR
(b) Second Class Honours (Lower Division) with at least two years experience

3. Bachelor of Commerce (BCOM)
Minimum qualifications:- Mean Grade of C+ (plus) in KCSE with a C (plain) in Mathematics & English or Kiswahili OR Diploma from a recognized institution with a Credit Pass

4. Bachelor of Business & Management (BBAM)
Minimum qualifications:- Mean Grade of C+ (plus) in KCSE with a C (plain) in Mathematics & English or Kiswahili OR Diploma from a recognized institution with a Credit Pass

5. Diploma in Stores and Supplies Management
Minimum qualifications:- Mean Grade C (Plain) with C- in Mathematics OR Certificate in a related area with a credit pass from recognized institutions

6. Diploma in Business Administration (DBA)
Minimum qualifications:- Mean Grade C (Plain) with C- in Mathematics OR Certificate in a related area with a credit pass from recognized institutions

7. Certificate in Sales & Marketing
Minimum qualifications:- KCSE Mean Grade of D+ (plus) or its equivalent OR Certificate holders in related areas fromrecognized institutions

8. Certificate in Human Resource Management
Minimum qualifications:- KCSE Mean Grade of D+ (plus) or its equivalent OR Certificate holders in related areas from recognized institutions

9 Certificate in Public Relations KCSE
Minimum qualifications:- Mean Grade of D+ (plus) or its equivalent OR Certificate holders in related areas from recognized institutions

10. Certificate in Stores and Supplies
Minimum qualifications:- KCSE Mean Grade of D+ (plus) or its equivalent OR Certificate holders in related areas from recognized institutions

FACULTY OF EDUCATION AND HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT

1. Bachelor of Education (Arts)
Minimum qualifications:-  Mean Grade of C+ (plus) in KCSE with a C+ in the subjects of specialization OR Two Principals & two Subsidiaries Pass in KACE

2. Diploma in Agricultural Education & Extension
Minimum qualifications:- KCSE Mean Grade of C (plain) or its Equivalent with at least in the following science subject
(a) C (Plain) in English or Kiswahili
(b) Biology or biological Sciences or Agriculture
(c) Chemistry or Physical Science
(d) Mathematics or Physics or Geography. OR Certificate holders with at least Credit Pass in Agriculture and related fields from a recognized college.

3. Diploma in Guidance & Counseling
Minimum qualifications:- KCSE Mean Grade of C (Plain) with at least C- (Minus) in English/ Kiswahili OR Certificate holders with at least Credit Pass may also apply.

4. Diploma in Education KCSE
Minimum qualifications:- Mean Grade of C (Plain) with at least C plain in English/Kiswahili. The applicant must also have passed with at least a C plain in the teaching subjects.

FACULTY OF INFORMATION SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY

1 Diploma in Business Information Technology.
Minimum qualifications:- KCSE Aggregate C with a minimum of C in both Mathematics and English.

2. Diploma in Library and Information Science
Minimum qualifications:- Mean Grade C (plain) in KCSE with a C in English/Kiswahili Or Div. III in KCE

3. Diploma in Computer Science
Minimum qualifications:-  Mean Grade ‘C’ Plain, Others: ‘C’- in Mathematics and Physics

4. Certificate in Library, Information Studies,  Records and Archives Management
Minimum qualifications:- Mean Grade C- (Minus) Others: D+ (plus) in English and Kiswahili

5. Certificate in ICT
 Minimum qualifications:- Mean Grade ‘C-‘ Others: ‘D+’ in Mathematics and any one language

FACULTY OF AGRICULTURE AND NATURAL RESOURCE MANAGEMENT
1. Bachelor of Eco-tourism & Hospitality Management
Minimum qualifications:- Mean Grade of C+ (plus) in KCSE, C (plain) in any of the following: Math/English/Kiswahili OR Diploma in Ecotourism and Hospitality Management from a recognized institution.

2. Bridging in Mathematics KCSE
Minimum qualifications:- Mean grade of C+ but have not attained a C (plain) in Mathematics
 
APPLICATION PROCEDURES:
Application forms are obtained from the Admissions Office upon payment of a non-refundable application fee of Kshs. 2000.00 for Degree, Kshs. 1000.00 for Diploma, Kshs. 500.00 for certificate and Kshs. 1000.00 for all bridging certificate programmes. The forms are also obtained through our website www.kisiiuniversity.ac.ke which will be filled and sent together with an original bank pay-in-slip application fees in favour of Kisii University College at any branch of the following Banks:
National Bank of Kenya, account number: 0123035009000.
Cooperative Bank of Kenya account number 01129297079400
The duly completed forms should be returned to: The Assistant Registrar- Academic Affairs, Kisii University College, P.O. Box 408 Code 40200 KISII, for School based, not later than 18th november, 2011 and the rest not later than 16th December , 2011. Copies of relevant Certificates, Passport Size Photograph & the original application fee receipt should be attached.

Statutory Fees - Kshs. 11,900 once a year.
