JKUAT Nakuru CBD campus (Kwanza house in Nakuru town), wish to announce the January 2012 intake into various JKUAT programmes.


Bachelors programmes-
1. Bachelor of Commerce
2. Bachelor of Purchasing and Supplies Management
3. BSc Human Resource Management
4. Bachelor of Business Information Technology
5. Bachelor of Development Studies
6. Bachelor of Business and Office Management
7. Bachelor of Science in IT
8. B.Sc. Mathematics & Computer Science
9. B. Sc. Community Health and Development
10. B.Sc. Public Health

1. For Bachelors Programmes: Minimum qualifications (KCSE MEAN GRADE C+, MATHS C, ENG. C (8 semesters) OR other qualifications recognized by the University Senate.
2. Credit transfers accepted for those with relevant Diplomas and other qualifications from Institutions recognized by the University Senate in BSc. IT, B. Sc. Community Health and Development and B.Sc. Public Health

Diploma Programmes

1. Diploma in Business Administration
2. Diploma in Business Information Technology
3. Diploma in Information Technology
4. Diploma in Human Resource Management
5. Diploma in Purchasing and Supplies Management
6. Diploma in public relations
7. Diploma in Community Development
8. Diploma in HIV/AIDS Management

For Diploma Programmes: Minimum qualifications (KCSE MEAN GRADE C, MATHS C-, ENG. C- (4 semesters) OR other qualifications recognized by the University Senate.

1. Certificate in Information Technology(3 months)
2. Certificate in HIV/AIDS Management(3months)
3. Bridging Certificate in Mathematics (3 months)-For applicants who may want to join degree and diploma programmes but have not attained the minimum required grade in mathematics
Masters programmes
1. Master of Business Administration (MBA)
2. Master of Science in Entrepreneurship
3. Master of Science in Human Resource Management
4. Master of Science in Procurement & Logistics
5. Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management
6. Master of Science In Occupational Safety & Health( MSc. OSH)
7. Post graduate Diploma in Occupational Safety & Health
8. Master of Science in Project Management

For Masters programmes: Bachelors degree with at least Upper Second Class Honours or equivalent from a recognized university OR Bachelors degree with Lower Second Class Honours plus at least three years relevant experience OR Bachelors degree with pass plus at least five years relevant postgraduate experience. For PGD-HRM, apart from the above qualifications, other qualifications recognized by the University Senate.

MODE OF APPLICATION
Applications can be made on prescribed forms obtainable from Nakuru CBD Campus upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Kshs. 1,500/ for degree and Kshs. 1,000 for Diploma courses and Kshs. 500 for Certificate courses. Application forms may also be down loaded from the JKUAT website at www.jkuat.ac.ke.
