INSTITUTE OF TROPICAL MEDICINE AND INFECTIOUS DISEASES (ITROMID)
BACHELOR OF NURSING - September 2011 INTAKE

Applications are invited for admissions into the BSc. In Nursing Program for self-sponsored students in the Institute of Tropical Medicine and Infectious Diseases (ITROMID) starting in September, 2011.
For their training students will be based at ITROMID, JKUAT Main Campus and the program duration is four academic years.

Minimum Entry Requirements
KCSE mean grade of C+. In addition, a student must have the following minimum grades in the respective subjects;

Alternative A
Biology C+
Chemistry C+
Mathematics/Physics C+
English/Kiswahili C+

OR
Have a KRCHN - Diploma and registered with the Nursing Council.
OR
Have any other qualifications accepted by the University Senate as equivalent to any of the above. The same information is readily available in our website www.jkuat.ac.ke
