application forms can be obtained from the School of Human Resource Development
(SHRD) JKUAT upon payment of a non-refundable fee of KShs. 1,500/- Payments should be made either in Cash or Bankers Cheque in
favour of Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology. Application
forms can also be downloaded from our website www.jkuat.ac.ke
. Duly completed forms with the documentation and the original payment receipt
should reach us by March 21st,
2012 and addressed to the undersigned.
